Autobiography

2012-2016 graduated bachelor’s degree in Oriental studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al- Farabi Kazakh National University; 2016-2018 received a Master's degree in "China Studies" at the Shanghai International Studies University, China; 2018-2019 worked as an expert in the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and an expert in the Youth Policy Coordination Department of the Committee for Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2019-2021 he worked as a deputy dean for educational work at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh national university; From March to May 2021 he was leading the delegation from KazNU for advanced training of teachers of Urdu language and established inter-university cooperation at the National University of Modern Languages in Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan 2021-2022 Deputy director for academic affairs and international cooperation of Al-farabi international Business School; From February 2023 to August 2023 he was a visiting fellow at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian studies at Harvard University; From May to June 2024 he was a visiting researcher at the Institute of Asian Competitiveness, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and the Center for Public Administration, Nanyang Technological Institute in Singapore’ Since 2019, he has been a lecturer/senior lecturer and PhD candidate at the Department of Chinese Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. As part of his doctoral dissertation, he is researching the state-building of Singapore. Since January 2025, he has been a recognized doctoral student at the School of Global and Area Studies, University of Oxford (Oxford, United Kingdom)
