Zufar Seitzhanov, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory, member of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the Prize of the MES RK named after Ch. Valikhanov, a cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a well-known folklorist. Author of more than 200 literary and scientific articles and 4 author's certificates. Zufar Seitzhanov has several collective monographs: "The History of Kazakh folklore studies" (1988), "The Reality of folklore" (1990). One of the authors of "The History of Kazakh folklore" (2001), "The History of Kazakh literature" (2004). Several monographs and textbooks have also been published: "Historical Epic" (1994), "Xinjiang Kazakh Literature" (1999), "Patterns of Life in the Epic" (2004), "Kazakh Historical Epic" (2005), "Rhetoric" (2006), "Ancient Epic" (2008), "Kazakh folk literature" (2013). Participates in the organization of annual conferences "Auezov and World literature", "Kabdolov and current problems of literary studies", etc. Several collections of poems have been published: "Rauan" (1978), "Tansholpan" (1988), "Kos kanat" (2011), "Ezulik" (2013). The object of the research is the ways of the birth and development of Kazakh literature in China, historical poems, ritual folklore, the art of aitys, the work of Akyn Akyt Ulimzhanuly. In the studies of Zufar Seitzhanov "The origin and development of Kazakh literature in China" and "Akyt Akyn", the main motives of the literature of the region associated with the historical, political and social conditions of the development of Xinjiang Kazakhs are mainly determined. At the same time, the social situation of the Kazakh society is considered, the fate of the allotted land and country is reflected in the works of poets. The poems and poems calling to become an advanced country are analyzed. At the same time, the political and social events that took place in China during this period, it provides a scientific justification for the influence and influence on Kazakh literature.
