Autobiography

Biography I am Serikkali Tynybekov and was born on April 24, 1961, in the village of Novaya Kazanka, Jangalinsky District, West Kazakhstan Region. In 1978, I graduated from the Stationary Secondary School of the town of Aleksandrov-Guy in the Saratov Region. After graduating from school, he worked as an instructor of instrumentation and automation of the Alexandrovo- Gaysky health care facility at Saratovtransgaz (1978–1979). In 1979-1981, I served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. In 1981-1983, I was an electric welder SMU "Universitet" trust "Almaatakultbytstroy." 1983-1988 - A student of the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov. As an excellent student, I got a scholarship of Abai. After graduating from S.M. Kirov KazSU, I was honourably distributed as a young specialist for the post of assistant to the department of criminal procedure of the Law faculty of KazSU. In 1990-1992, I worked as a Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law. 1992-1994 - Assistant Deputy Head of the Almaty City Administration. 1994-1996 - Senior Lecturer, Department of Criminal Procedure, Faculty of Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 1996, I defended my thesis for the degree of candidate of juridical sciences on the topic: "Ensuring the right to protection of the suspect and the accused at the stage of the preliminary investigation." 1996-1997 - Senior Expert of the Legislation and Judicial Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 1997 - 2006 - Associate Professor of the Department of Judicial Power and Criminal Procedure of the Faculty of Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2005, I successfully defended my thesis for the degree of Doctor of juridical sciences on the topic: “The Institute of Bar in the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. 2006 - 2011 - Professor of the Department of Judicial Power and Criminal Procedure of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 11.02.2011 to 08.22.2011 - Head of the Department of Judicial Power and Criminal Procedure of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From August 22, 2011, to the present, Head of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
