Rysymbetov Bekzat Amangeldievich was born on March 10, 1984, in the village of Sailau, Zhetysay district, Turkestan region. In 2001, he enrolled in the full-time program at the Kazakh National Agrarian University, majoring in 4603 – Urban Cadastre. After graduating in 2005, he began working as a specialist in the Land Management Department of the State Municipal Enterprise “AlmatygorNPCzem”. In 2006, he entered the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, majoring in 050301 – Jurisprudence, and graduated with honors in 2008. In 2012, he was admitted to the Master’s program in 6M090300 – Land Management at the Kazakh National Agrarian University. In 2014, he entered the doctoral program at the Kazakh National Agrarian University in the specialty 6D080800 – Soil Science and Agrochemistry. In 2019, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation entitled “Efficiency of the Phytomeliorative Method in the Restoration of Anthropogenically Degraded Sandy Soils of Desert Pastures in Kazakhstan.” Professional experience: 2005–2006 — Surveyor in the Department of Geodesy and Land Management for Almaly and Bostandyk districts, State Enterprise “AlmatygorNPCzem”; 2006–2016 — Leading and Chief Specialist in the Land Management and Reclamation Department for Almaly and Bostandyk districts, State Enterprise “AlmatygorNPCzem”; 2016–2017 — Deputy Head of the Land Cadastre and Real Estate Department for Nauryzbay district, Scientific and Production Center of Land Cadastre; 2017–2018 — Deputy Head of the Land Management and Reclamation Department, Scientific and Production Center of Land Cadastre; 2018–2020 — Deputy Head of the Land Cadastre and Technical Inspection of Real Estate Department for Medeu district, Almaty branch of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’”; 2020–2021 — Head of the Documentation Support and Analysis Department of the Almaty branch of the NJSC “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’”; Since 2021 — Expert Land Surveyor at the Department of Land Management, Geodetic Works and Technical Inspection of Real Estate of the Almaty branch of the NJSC “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’”. 2016–2022 — Highly qualified specialist and Junior Researcher (part-time) at the Center for Sustainable Agriculture, Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
