I am Usipbaev Nurlan was born on October 17, 1979 in the village of Kulan, Tyulkubas district, South Kazakhstan region. 1997 graduated from high school. 1997-1999 studied and graduated from Tulkubas College with a degree in Accounting and Audit. 1999-2003 he studied and graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Economics and Management. 1999-2005 he studied and graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Land Management and Land Management. From 2005 to 2008 worked as a leading specialist in GKP "Almatyzher". From 2008 to 2013 worked as a chief specialist in the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the City of Almaty". 2006-2008 he studied and graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Agronomy. From 2013 to 2016 he studied and graduated from the PhD at the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Agronomy. In February 2017, he defended his doctoral dissertation and received the PhD degree in agricultural sciences. Published 18 scientific articles. From 2016-2022, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Land Resources and Cadastre of the Kazakh National Research Agrarian University. From 2013 to 2020, he worked as a senior specialist at Tengizchevroil LLP (Bolashak LLP). From March 1 to August 1, 2021, he worked as a senior researcher at the Feed Production Department of KazNIIZHIK LLP. From September 1, 2022 to the present, I have been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. I am married and have 2 children.
