Autobiography

Gulnar Kazybekovna Nurgaliyeva graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management (formerly AINE) in 1994, majoring in Accounting and Auditing, in the Faculty of Accounting and Economic Cybernetics. She has 32 years of total work experience, including 31 years of teaching. From September 2011 to the present, she has worked as an associate professor in the Department of Finance and Accounting at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2002, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD) in the specialty 08.00.05 – Economics and Management of the National Economy. In 2007, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor, and in 2025, by decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the academic title of Professor. He has published approximately 100 scientific papers on the development of accounting and auditing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including one monograph and six textbooks. He conducts research in the fields of economics, accounting, and auditing.
