Autobiography

Taimanova Gulnara Kabzhanovna graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State University in 1992 with a degree in Mechanics. She began her professional career as a research trainee at the Department of Applied Mechanics of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, where she subsequently worked as a lecturer and associate professor. In 2002, she defended her candidate thesis in the specialty “Mining Machines.” Her professional experience includes work at the JSC “Agency for Liquidation and Reorganization of Enterprises,” participation in liquidation and rehabilitation processes of enterprises, and she holds a license as an insolvency manager. From 2005 to 2012, she served as an associate professor at the Department of Standardization and Metrology of S. Seifullin KazATU. In 2009, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor. She participated in grants of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, developed test assignments for the National Testing Center, and has publications and teaching materials in the field of quality management. From 2015 to 2022, she worked at L.N. Gumilyov ENU and took part in the international Mevlana and Farabi programs. Under her supervision, students repeatedly became prize-winners of national subject Olympiads and research competitions. Since 2022, she has been an associate professor at the Department of Thermophysics and Technical Physics of Al-Farabi KazNU. She delivers lectures in Kazakh and Russian, supervises bachelor’s and master’s theses, and is the holder of five patents. She is the author of articles indexed in Scopus and included in the CCSES list, as well as a participant in international scientific conferences.
