Since 1983, she has been engaged in research, scientific-organizational, pedagogical and practical activities. From 1983 to 1990, she worked as an assistant and senior lecturer at the Department of Management and Law of the Kazakh Agricultural Institute, and later served as Acting Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics. From 1990 to 1993, she studied in the full-time postgraduate program of the K. A. Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy. In January 1994, at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, she defended her dissertation for the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences on the topic “The Legal Status of Peasant (Farm) Enterprises (Based on Materials of the Russian Federation).” Her academic advisor was A. G. Pervushin, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Legal Foundations of Management at the Timiryazev Agricultural Academy, a prominent scholar in agrarian and land law, and author of numerous textbooks on Soviet law for agricultural universities. In addition, her academic consultant was M. S. Sakhimov, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Kazakh State Law Academy, a well-known scholar in the fields of collective farm and land law. The official opponents were M. A. Kozyr, Soviet and Russian legal scholar, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of the RSFSR, and S. A. Lisin, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor. The leading organization was the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. Professional Experience. After defending her dissertation, she worked as a leading and later chief consultant of the organizational-analytical division of the Department for the Organization of Court Operations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1994, after the establishment of the Kazakh State Law Institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Presidential Decree, she was transferred to the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law. From 1994 to 2000, she served as Dean of the Faculty of Law Enforcement Agencies, Dean of the Judicial-Prosecutorial Faculty, and Dean of the Entrepreneurial-Legal Faculty of the Kazakh State Law Academy. She also served as Chair of the Regional Admissions Committees for the Akmola, North Kazakhstan, and Atyrau regions at the Kazakh State Law University.
