D.K. Mamytkanov graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Economics of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1996. His specialty is a sociologist. In 2001, he entered the master's program in sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al- Farabi Kazakh National University, graduating with honors in 2003. In 1996-1998, he worked as a specialist in the securities department of the Taraz city akimat of Zhambyl region. In 1998-1999, he worked as a chief specialist in the economics, statistics and monitoring department of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund of Almaty region. In 2000-2001, he worked as a leading specialist in the international relations department of the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts. In 2001-2003, he was a teacher at the "Social and Humanitarian Disciplines" department of the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts. From 2003 to the present, he has been working as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Work of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. On July 2, 2010, he defended his candidate's thesis on the topic "Sociological study of the information culture of the individual" in the specialty 22.00.04. - Social structure, social institutions and processes. Number of scientific publications: more than 50 publications, including four in international publications and four jointly published textbooks. Total work experience: 39 years, scientific and pedagogical experience: 31 years.
