Autobiography

Autobiography I, Tokbergenova Ulzhalgas Abdugapparovna, was born on May 29, 1975, in the Kazygurt district of the Turkestan region. In 1982, I entered secondary school and graduated in 1992 from Secondary School No. 12 named after Abai Kunanbayev in the Kazygurt district of the Turkestan region. From 2009 to 2011, I studied in a master’s program and obtained an academic degree of Master of Natural Sciences in Geography. From 2012 to 2015, I worked as a lecturer. Since 2015, I have been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Service Management of Almaty Technological University. Along with my main position, I work part-time (0.5 rate) at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2021, I was admitted to the doctoral program at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, majoring in 8D05203 — Geography, and completed my doctoral studies in 2024. My total academic and pedagogical experience amounts to 14 years. I am the author of more than 60 scientific publications, including 3 textbooks published in the Kazakh language. More than 14 scientific papers have been published abroad, including 2 articles in journals indexed in the Scopus database. In 2018, I was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Marital status — married. Husband — Tokkozhaev Maksat Zeidildaevich, born in 1970, works as Deputy Director of JSC “KTZ” “Temirzholsu-Almaty”. Son — Tokkozhaev Dias Maksatuly, born in 1999, doctoral student.
