Autobiography

I, Khamshat Augazhyyevna Yessenova, was born on June 5, 1975, in Turpan village, Panfilov district, Almaty region. From 1986 to 1992, I studied at Turpan Secondary School (now named after Satay Batyr) and graduated with a silver medal. In 1992, I entered I. Zhansugurov Taldykorgan Pedagogical University, majoring in Pedagogy and Psychology, and graduated with honors in 1996. My professional career began in 1996 at D. Rakyyev School-Gymnasium, where I worked as an educator from 1996 to 1998. From 1999 to 2005, I served as a specialist at the Faculty of Geography of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 2005 to 2013, I worked as a staff member of the Academic Affairs Department at the same university. From 2013 to 2015, I completed a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Between 2016 and 2019, I studied in the PhD Doctoral Program at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the field of 6D010300 – Pedagogy and Psychology. In 2022, I defended my doctoral dissertation on the topic “The System of Training Educational Managers (Comparative Analysis)” and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). From 2013 to 2023, I worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 2022 to 2024, I held the position of Director of the Specialized School at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since 2024, I have been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, holding a PhD degree.
