Molbassynova Zhumagul Maratovna was born on September 10, 1971, in the Zhetysu Region. In 1993, she graduated with honors from the Taldykorgan Pedagogical Institute named after I. Zhansugurov, majoring in Primary Education Pedagogy and Methodology. In 2012, she completed her Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology (specialty 6M010300). In 1993, she began her career as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Taldykorgan Pedagogical Institute named after I. Zhansugurov. From 1996 to 2005, she worked as a lecturer, and from 2006 to 2021, she served as a senior lecturer at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov. From 2021 to 2022, she worked as a Chief Specialist at the Situational Management Center of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where she conducted monitoring of the educational process. In 2022, she was admitted to the doctoral program in Psychology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Currently, she is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the same university. Her total teaching experience in higher education is 32 years. Scientific works: Author of 2 educational and methodological guidelines, 3 methodological manuals, 4 electronic textbooks, and about 60 scientific articles, including: 4 articles in Scopus journals, 2 in Web of Science, 7 in journals recognized by COXON, and 3 articles indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). To enhance her professional development, she has completed about 30 advanced training courses on international platforms such as Coursera, Huawei ICT Academy, MOOC “Creating an Online Course: From Theory to Practice”, “Developing Emotional Intelligence in Modern Adolescents”, and “Inclusive Education”. She is fluent in Kazakh and Russian and has a working knowledge of English (with dictionary support). She is married and a proud mother of two children and grandmother of two grandchildren.
