Alimbay Almas was born on October 16, 1996, in the Almaty Region, RK. Nationality: Kazakh. Marital status: Single. From 2014 to 2018, he studied at the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Al- Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in Hydrology at the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences. From 2019 to 2021, he completed his Master's studies in the Hydrology educational program at the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, receiving a Master of Natural Sciences degree. Since 2024, he has been pursuing a PhD in the Hydrology educational program at the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
