In 2018, she obtained a PhD in "6D051700 – Innovation Management" and was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Economics (08.00.00). She served as Vice-Dean for Research-Innovation Affairs and International Cooperation at the Higher School of Economics and Business, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (2018-2024). Associate Professor in the Department of Management. Successfully implemented the international project of the EU Erasmus+ program titled "Enhancing the Integration of Higher Education and Corporate Sectors in Accordance with the New Social Environment – ENINEDU" as the institutional coordinator (2018-2020, 814,000 euros). Institutional coordinator for the "Connect Eurasia" project, funded by the Swiss agency MOVETIA. Participated in international Erasmus+ ICM credit mobility programs and has completed research internships in Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Estonia, Slovakia, Australia, Portugal, Indonesia, and Switzerland. Participated in international scientific conferences in Singapore, Russia, South Korea, Norway, and Estonia. She was awarded a jubilee medal for contributing to the university's development on the 75th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Winner of the "Best Young Scientist of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University – 2019" competition. Recipient of the State Scientific Scholarship for Young Scientists. Awarded "Best University Lecturer" title (2022). During the 2023-2024 academic year, she completed a research internship at the University of Exeter (UK) under the "500 Scientists" project of the Bolashak program. Since 2019, she has been a permanent and temporary member of Dissertation Councils. Member of the editorial boards of "KazNU Bulletin. Economic Series" and the "Eurasian Journal of Economic and Business Studies". Editor-in-Chief of the "Farabi Journal of Social Sciences"(2022-2024). Project leader of grant-funded projects "Development of the Circular Economy in Kazakhstan: Potential, Trends, and Prospects" (2021-2023) and "Responsible Production in Kazakhstani Enterprises as a Tool for Achieving SDG 12: Assessment of Potential and Development Prospects" (2023-2025). Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English (IELTS – 8.0). Her research interests focus on issues in innovation management, the circular economy, sustainable development, and public and local governance.
