Aida Yerimpasheva is an experienced lecturer and expert in economics, management, and marketing. In 1992, she graduated with honors from the Zhambyl Irrigation and Construction Institute with a degree in "Economics and Organization of Water Management." After graduation, she was invited to the "Analysis and Forecasting" department as a trainee lecturer and later continued her teaching and research activities in the "Economics and Management" department. In December 1993, she enrolled in a full-time postgraduate program at the "Agrobusiness" department of the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov (NARХOZ) in the specialty 08.00.05. In 1999, her PhD dissertation was approved by the "Economics" department (NARХOZ), and in 2000, she successfully defended it before Dissertation Council D 14.45.01 at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) in Astana. The topic of her dissertation was "The Economic Mechanism of Agricultural Sector Management in the Context of Cooperation." From 1995 to 1997, she studied at KIMEP University in the "Master of Public Administration" program, earning a master's degree in "6M051000 – Public and Local Administration." From 1999 to 2003, she worked as a senior lecturer and then an associate professor in the "Management and Marketing" department at ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov, simultaneously serving as the academic secretary of the ENU Institute of Economics and the director of the branch of the Institute of Economics under the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan. From 2003 to 2009, she was an associate professor in the "Management and Business" department at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where she taught courses such as "Project Management," "Investment Management," and "State Investment Policy." She worked at UIB in 2011–2012 and 2018–2019, receiving a recommendation for the "Best Lecturer of the Year" award in 2012. From 2012 to 2018, she was an associate professor in the "Management and Marketing" and "Marketing, Restaurant, and Hospitality Business" departments at AlmaU (Almaty Management University). Since 2018, she has been a lecturer in the "International Relations and World Economy" department. She is an expert at FIBAA and holds the academic title of Associate Professor.
