Nurtalip Sharypqazy ​​was born on November 7, 1982 in the Kuness district of China. In 2003 - 2008 Graduated from Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay, Faculty of History, Department of Oriental Studies, majoring in Oriental Studies. In 2009-2011 received a master's degree from Xinjiang Pedagogical University of China, the international teaching of the Chinese language.
