Mettibayeva Sandugash Abdikalikovna was born in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, on July 24, 1992. Nationality - Kazakh. In 2010, she entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, in 2014 she graduated with honors with a degree in foreign philology-Chinese. In 2017, she graduated with a Master's degree of International Relations in Liaoning University, China. Since September 2019 she has been teaching at the Department of Chinese Studies.
