Anipina Aliya Karkenovna has been working as a Chinese language instructor at the Department of Chinese Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University since 2004. Her total academic and teaching experience amounts to 20 years. Alongside her teaching activities, A.K. Anipina actively participates in the public and academic life of the faculty and the university. Since 2004, she has been responsible for the educational and methodological work of the Department of Chinese Studies and has been a member of the development team for the Curriculum (NOZh), the Main Educational Program (NOB), and the Set of Elective Courses (TPZh) for the specialty “5B021016 – Foreign Philology: Chinese Language.” During 20 years of scientific work, A.K. Anipina has prepared 3 textbooks (co-authored), 2 phrasebook-dictionaries, 2 dictionaries (co-authored), and jointly with the National Bank compiled a “Phrasebook for bank employees and customers of banking services (Kazakh–Chinese, Chinese–Kazakh).” She has published more than 50 research and image-building articles in international academic conferences and university journals. In the 2011–2012 academic year, A.K. Anipina served as Deputy Head of the Department for Educational and Methodological Work and Student Affairs. Her advising (edviser) activities in the 2012–2013–2014 academic years earned her very high faculty-level ratings for three consecutive years, and she was awarded a trip to Issyk-Kul. In the 2014–2015 academic year, she served as Chair of the Methodological Bureau of the Faculty of Oriental Studies. In 2017–2018, she was Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work and Student Affairs. In 2023–2024, she held the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Educational and Methodological Work and Student Affairs. In the 2024–2025 academic year, she serves as Chair of the Academic Committee for Education and Training Quality of the faculty. On January 12, 2024, by Order No. 17 of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi KazNU, she was awarded the medal “For Distinguished Labor.” From 2018 to 2021, she completed doctoral studies in the specialty “6D021000 – Foreign Philology,” and on April 4, 2024, she successfully defended her dissertation titled “Linguocultural Features of Chinese and Kazakh Proverbs and Sayings.” On April 19, 2024, by Order No. 1650 b/a of the Chairman of the Board – Rector, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
