Baiserke Aizhan Bakytzhankyzy was born on May 23, 1994, in the Zhetysu region. In 2015, she graduated from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University with a degree in “Two Foreign Languages: Chinese and English.” From 2016 to 2019, she studied at Wuhan University (Wuhan, China) with a major in International Relations, where she completed her master’s program and obtained a Master of Laws degree. She is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, Chinese, and English. In 2013–2014, as part of a student exchange program, she completed a one-year Chinese language course in the city of Kulja (China), successfully passed all exams, and received a certificate. In December 2015, she obtained the international HSK Level 6 certificate.
