Burlibayeva Shugyla Meirambekovna was born on January 6, 1995. In 2016, she graduated Al- Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Bachelor's degree in Land Management. In 2016, she entered the master's program in the specialty "Hydrology", in 2018 she received the degree of "Master of Natural Sciences" in the specialty "Hydrology". In 2018, she entered the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics for doctoral studies (PhD) in the specialty "Geodesy" and completed her doctoral studies in 2021. Since September 1, 2019, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics. During the years of her doctoral studies, she published 2 articles on the basis of SCOPUS, KKSON and several articles at international conferences.
