I, Pentaev Toleubek was born in 1946 in the village of Kumkent, Suzak district, Yukyu. Here, in 1954. He went to the K.I.Satpayev Secondary School and successfully graduated from the 11th grade in 1965. After school, he entered the KazPTI named after V.I. Lenin at the mining faculty and graduated in 1970, having received the qualification of "mining engineer - surveyor". He was sent as a young specialist to the IGD of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, where he began his career, studied in graduate school, defended himself in 1983. PhD thesis . in 1989. He was invited to teach at AASIS (now KAZGAS) as an associate professor. He worked here until 2009. in the positions of deputy .Dean of FSTIM, Head of the Department of Engineering Geodesy and Geology, academic professor in the direction of geodesy and Cartography. In 2001 he defended his doctoral dissertation. In 2009. in connection with the opening of the Department of Applied Geodesy and Land Management, he was invited to KazNTU as a professor, where he worked until 2012. In 2012, I came to work at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where I still work at the Department of Geodesy and Geoinformatics. During my scientific and pedagogical activity I have about 200 scientific and educational works, including 7 textbooks and manuals, 2 monographs, 4 terminological dictionaries, 8 copyright certificates and patents. I am a member of the coor.NAC "Ecology" and Academician of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor in the Department of Geodesy and Surveying. 18 master's and 5 doctoral dissertations have been defended under my supervision.
