Auesbaeva Pakizat Tenizbaevna - Leading researcher at the Institute of Literature and Art named after M.O. Auezova, candidate of philological sciences, associate professor. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology, Arabic Department of the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov in 1986 with honors. In 1999, P.T. Auesbaeva defended her PhD thesis on the topic “The genre of the story in Kazakh folklore” and published a monograph on this topic (2001). Scientific research in the field of textual criticism has been published. She is one of the authors of the collective monograph “Kazakh textual criticism: problems of dating epic poems” (2017), “History of collecting heroic poems in manuscript funds” (2017), “Some problems of Kazakh folk textual criticism” (2004), “Comparative textual criticism of some samples of folk literature "(2007), Volume 1 "History of Kazakh literature" (2008), "Folklore heritage: history of collection, publication" (2014), as well as one of the compilers of 17 scientific collections. She participated in more than 10 grant-funded scientific projects, of which she was a leader in 3 projects. Since 2017, P. Auesbaeva has been constantly participating in the scientific international project “Tales of the Peoples of Eurasia,” organized by the International Research Center “Cultural Heritage of the Mongolian Peoples” at the Kalmyk State University named after B.B. Gorodovikov. As a result, 4 collections were published. In 2004, P. Auesbaeva participated in the preparation of ten volumes of the hundred- volume series “Words of the Ancestors,” published as part of the “Cultural Heritage” program, as a responsible issuer and compiler. She wrote scientific comments to these volumes. Also, more than a hundred of her scientific articles were published in collective monographs, in domestic and foreign publications (including 6 articles in the Scopus database). Since the 2014-2015 academic year, P. Auesbaeva has been giving lectures to master's and doctoral students at the Center for Postgraduate Education "Gylym Ordasy", a joint project with Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi and prepared more than ten educational and methodological complex of disciplines in folklore and textual studies.
