Graduated from Almaty State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics and Computerization Management (1997). From 1997 to 1999, studied at Abai Almaty State University, where she was awarded the academic degree of Master of Science in Informatization of Education. In 2025, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation. She has 25 years of teaching experience and has been working at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University since 2015.
