Autobiography

Leila Madibekovna Makhazhanova is a teacher with over 30 years of experience in teaching German and English. In 1995, she graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute with a degree in “Teacher of German and English.” She began her career in 1995 as a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, and since 2013 she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. During this period, she has gained extensive experience in scientific research and teaching. In 2012, she completed a language course in New York, USA, enhancing her professional qualifications. In addition, in 2025 she underwent an international scientific internship at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey, where she collaborated with Professor Okul Chobanoglu on her doctoral dissertation titled “Artistic Explorations in the Prose of Aigul Kemelbayeva.” Leila Madibekovna systematically masters modern teaching methodologies and regularly participates in international seminars and scientific-practical conferences. She is the author of the methodological manual “English for Students of the Faculty of History” and more than thirty scientific-methodological articles. In 2024, she was admitted to the PhD program in “Literary Studies” at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and is conducting research on the topic “Artistic Explorations in the Prose of Aigul Kemelbayeva.”
