Mukazhanova Farida Maratovna was born in 1984 in Almaty. After graduating from the linguistic school №132, she entered the Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai Khan in 2001. In 2006 she graduated from the university with honors, receiving a specialist degree - Philologist, Teacher of English and German languages and literature of higher education. That same year, Farida Mukazhanova began her career in teaching as an English teacher at the InterPress language center. In the next two years, Farida received two international qualifications in teaching English: International House Certificate in Teaching English to Adults (IH Newcastle at IH Almaty, 2007), Teaching English as a Foreign Language Test Preparation Certificate (InterPress IH, Almaty, 2008). In parallel with her main job, Farida worked at another language school, where she was invited to teach classes to prepare students for international English exams IELTS and TOEFL. In 2009, Farida Mukazhanova went to Budapest (Hungary) to obtain her master's degree. She was studying in a two-year program at the Central European University at the Department of Medieval Studies in an interdisciplinary program. Based on the results of the first year of study, Farida was awarded an academic award for academic success: Academic Pro-rector's Excellence Award (2010). In 2011, Farida completed her master's degree receiving the title of Master of Arts in Comparative History: Interdisciplinary Medieval Studies. Taking up the topic of her thesis, Farida published her first academic article in the CEU Medieval Studies Annual Vol. 18 journal (selected among the 8 best of the papers of one- and two-year programs), and presented a paper at the 7th CEU Conference in Social Sciences "What Comes After the Crisis? Approaches to Global Transformation” (May 2011). After returning to her home country, Farida continued to work as a teacher until in 2013 he left for a big trip to North and South America. In 2014, Farida settled in the city of Medellin (Colombia) and worked at the Berlitz language center. During her six years of living in Medellin, Farida expanded her professional experience working at different universities, such as CES Universidad, Ceipa Business School and Universidad EAFIT. After learning Spanish and gaining rich experience in teaching at the university level, Farida returned to her homeland, where she continues her academic career at KazNU
