From 2011 to 2015, I, Sultanbek Kutlugzhon, graduated with honors from the Kazakh Language and Literature Department of the Philological Faculty of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Akhmet Yasavi. From 2015 to 2018 I graduated from Mugla, Turkey, Mugla Sıtkı Kochman University, Humanities Institute, Faculty of Literature, majoring in Turkish language and literature. In 2018, I entered the doctoral program of the university and am preparing for the defense. While studying in Turkey, in addition to my specialty, I studied Persian and modern Turkic languages. I can read and translate texts in Arabic script (Khorezm, Ottoman, Chagatai, etc.). The topic of my master's thesis was "Linguistic features of the text of Amir Temir's manuscript in the Chagatai language", and I received a master's degree. My scientific articles on my dissertation have been published in foreign scientific journals and conference proceedings. In 2020, I took advanced training courses in the areas of "Teaching the Turkish language to foreigners", "Methods for creating a dialectological atlas" and received certificates.
