He was born on February 27, 1970 in Almaty. In 1987, he graduated from school in Shubartau district of Semipalatinsk region. 1987-92 studied at Al Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Philology. In 1992, he graduated with a degree in philology, in 1994 he started his career at school-gymnasium No. 123 in Almaty. In 2000, he has been lecturing at KazNU named after Al-Farabi. Family. He has a wife and 4 children, three daughters and one son. Two daughters are married, and they have nieces and nephews. The youngest daughter graduated from university and works, the eldest is a student at school.
