Urisbayeva Ainur Amankulovna was born on January 27, 1975 in the village of Zhambyl, Moyinkum district, Zhambyl region. In 1992, after graduating from high school, she entered the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi at the Faculty of Law. In 1997, she graduated from the Bachelor's degree in Law from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law. In 1997, she entered the Master's degree program at the Al-Farabi Kazakh State University of Law. She began her teaching career in 1997 as a teacher at the University of "Turan". In 1999, she successfully defended her master's thesis on the topic: "Civil liability for environmental offenses", graduated from the Law Faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law, with an academic degree of Master of Law with a specialization in Civil Law. In September 2000, she was accepted as a senior lecturer at the Department of Environmental and Land Law of KazGUU. Since September 2003, Urisbayeva Ainur Amankulovna has been working at the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as a senior lecturer. Urisbayeva A.A. conducts lectures and seminars in such disciplines as Civil Procedure law, Bachelor's degree in Notary in Russian and Kazakh languages. From 2013 to 2021. She was the chairman of the methodological Council of the faculty and conducted the teaching and methodological documentation of the faculty. Also in parallel from 2018 to 2021.. She was the coordinator of distance learning educational programs, and is currently the Chairman of the Academic Committee on the Quality of Teaching and Learning at the Faculty of Law. He has more than 80 published scientific papers, including 7 textbooks, 1 electronic textbook and one textbook, one co-authored monograph. Ainur Amankulovna actively participates in international scientific conferences, including as a speaker, moderator of round tables held at al–Farabi Kazakh National University, as well as other higher educational institutions in Kazakhstan and abroad, and scientific organizations, and is engaged in scientific expert activities. In particular, she conducted expert reviews of draft laws on amendments to legislation on alternative ways of regulating civil law disputes. The result of scientific research was participation in international scientific events, with the publication of articles in journals included in the Scopus information base.
