Autobiography

Dana Shokparova graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Geography at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (BSc - Geography), Master (MSc in Natural Sciences) in 2010. She is pursuing a PhD in Geography, 2010-2013. Since 2013 she has been Acting Associate Professor at the department of geography, land management and cadastre. Over the years, she has held positions as Deputy head of the department and Deputy Dean on Research & Innovation Affairs and International Relations. Held a position of the Head of the Office of Science and Publication Activity. Participated in various international and national projects. Nowadays has a project and she is a project investigator.
