Zeinoldanova A.B. was born in Usharal city, Alakol district, Zhetysu region. In 2019, she was admitted to Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management, Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre, majoring in the educational program 6B07304 – Cadastre. In 2023, she successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree at the university. In 2023, she enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University (Ust-Kamenogorsk) majoring in Jurisprudence, and in 2025 she completed her studies, obtaining a Master’s degree under the educational program 7M04201 – Jurisprudence. From 2023 to 2025, she worked at the Migration Police Department of the Almaly District in Almaty city. Since 2025, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Courses taught: "State Registration, Accounting and Inventory of Land","Cadastre of Real Estate and Built-up Areas","State Control over Land Use and Protection","Land Management Planning","Management of Land Cadastre Works" Currently, she serves as an academic advisor (advisor-curator) for first-year students.
