Mukhtarov Ulan Baitursynovich was born in the village of Balpyk bi, Koksu district, Zhetysu region. Education: in 2018, he entered the Faculty of geography and environmental management of Al-Farabi kaznu, majoring in "5b060900 - geography", and in 2022 he graduated with honors. In 2023, he received a state educational grant of the Department of Magistracy in the scientific and pedagogical direction of the educational program "7m05204 – geospatial management of the environment" of the Faculty of geography and nature management. In 2025, he received the academic degree" Master of Natural Sciences "in the specialty" 7m05204– geospatial environmental management". In 2025, he entered the educational program "8d05202 geography" of Al – Farabi kaznu, where he is currently a 1st year doctoral student.
