Autobiography

Bokuleva Bota Serikhanovna was born in 1981 in Abai Region. In 1998, she was admitted to the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in “Oriental Studies.” In 1999–2000, she completed a language internship at the Central Hindi Institute in India. She entered the Master’s program in Oriental Studies in 2009 and the PhD doctoral program in 2011. She has published the textbooks *Introduction to Indian Philology* and *Economy of India*, as well as the *Hindi–Kazakh Dictionary* and the monograph *Linguistic Contactology: Loan Elements in Hindi*. She is the author of more than 20 academic articles, including one indexed in the Scopus database. In 2014, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation.
