Kokayeva Elvira Aitikenkyzy, graduated from the Saratov Medical University named after V.I. Razumovsky (Russian Federation). In 2021, she completed her master's degree in "Management. Management in Healthcare" at the Siberian State Medical University (Russian Federation, Tomsk) with a Master's degree (MHA, Master of Health Administration). The master's thesis on the topic "Digitalization of medical care in multidisciplinary hospitals on the example of City Hospital No. 4 of Ust-Kamenogorsk: prospects and obstacles" was defended with the grade "Excellent". Total practical experience in healthcare organizations – 29 years, including 9 years of teaching experience. From 2009-2013, she took part in the Kazakh-Russian project: Research work “The influence of heptyl on the human body”, as a junior research fellow. From 2017 to 2022, E.A. Kokaeva is the curator of the implementation of the projects “Digital Functional Diagnostics” (2018-2019), “Digital Laboratory” (2020-2021). From 01.06.2019 to the present, he is an expert in external comprehensive assessment of quality in healthcare, first at the Center for Accreditation in Healthcare, then at the Institute of Quality and Accreditation in Healthcare,and also as a freelance specialist-trainer for conducting a situational analysis of the main components of infection prevention and control systems according to WHO standards, Center for International Programs, ICAP (Columbia University, USA). In 2019, she completed a 4-week clinical internship at the Sheba Medical Center, Israel, "Hospital Service" cycle, 216 hours. Since February 2023, she has been an expert lecturer of thematic webinars of the MCFER- Kazakhstan media holding and a member of the editorial board of the magazines "Senior Nurse" and "Head of a Medical Organization".
