Autobiography

Diana Sundetova graduated in 2013 from Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU) named by S.D. Asfendiyarov with a degree in General Medicine. From 2013 to 2015, she completed her internship in Therapy at the Department of Internal Diseases at KazNMU. From 2017 to 2020, she studied at the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages (KazUIR&WL) majoring in Foreign Philology. In 2022, she completed her master’s degree at the “Higher School of Public Health” of Kazakh Medical University (KMU) in the specialty of Public Health, in the scientific and pedagogical track, and was awarded the degree of Master of Medical Sciences. From September 2015 to March 2017, she worked as a therapist at the City Clinical Hospital N4 (CCH4). Since March 2017, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Propedeutics of Internal Diseases at KazNMU and from September 2018 to February 2020, as an assistant at the same department. From February 2020 to August 2022, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Internal Diseases at the “Higher School of Public Health” of Kazakh Medical University. Since December 2019, she has also worked as a physician at CCH4 in Almaty. Since September 1, 2022, she has been working at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as the discipline leader for "The Patient and the Doctor." Her total professional experience is 9 years, with 6 years of scientific and teaching experience. She has authored 10 publications, 2 of which are indexed in Scopus. Her IELTS certificate with a score of 5.5.
