Autobiography

I, Bugibayeva A.B., was born on June 20, 1988, in the city of Shymkent, South Kazakhstan region. In 1995, I enrolled in Secondary School No. 12 and graduated with honors in 2004. That same year, I entered the Karaganda Medical College at Karaganda State Medical University (KSMU), majoring in "General Medicine." I graduated in 2008 with a red diploma (with distinction). In 2008, I was admitted to KSMU to pursue a degree in "General Medicine" and graduated with honors in 2015 from the Karaganda State Medical University. I began my professional career as an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2, teaching 4th, 5th, and 6th-year students in the field of therapy. I participated in research and experimental work, serving as a member of the scientific and technical project "Environmental Risks and Public Health," and took part in various scientific-practical conferences and socially significant projects at different levels. I have publications in scientific databases such as Scopus and RSCI. In addition to my teaching work, I was engaged in clinical and diagnostic activities at the therapeutic department of the City Hospital of Karaganda. I also worked as a duty therapist at the "Hippocrates" clinic. In 2018, I entered the Master's program in "Medicine" at the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company Medical University of Karaganda (MU KAZ), and in 2020, I obtained a Master of Medical Sciences degree. Since 2020, I have been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Internal Medicine at the Higher School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare, Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. I actively participate in the development of TBL sessions, syllabi, case studies, checklists, and exam materials. I have developed more than 20 TBL sessions on cardiovascular pathology, hematopoietic system disorders, and internal medicine. I am the course leader for the discipline "Internal Medicine" for 4th-year students and for the discipline "Hematopoietic System Pathology and Transfusiology" for 3rd-year students. Since 2023, I have been a member of the research project with state registration No. AP19677754 titled "Development of markers and a diagnostic algorithm for detecting and preventing early cardiovascular aging." I have published 3 articles in the Scopus database and 3 in journals in the KKSON list. Since 2024, I have been a member of the Academic Quality Council and responsible for the Internal Quality Control (IQC)
