I, Ospanova Dinara Almahanovna, was born in 1970 in the city of Almaty in a family of employees. In 1986 she graduated from secondary school No. 51 in Almaty with a gold medal. Since 1994, after graduating from the Almaty State Medical Institute with a degree in "medical care" until 2009, she worked in the RSE "Institute for Health Development" (formerly the RSE "Scientific Center for Medical and Economic Problems of Health Care") in various positions from researcher to head of the Department of Health system research. In 2006, with my active participation, a branch of the Institute of Health Development was organized in Astana, where she was the head of the branch until 2007. After the relocation of the Institute of Health Development in Astana from 2009 to 2011, she worked as a teacher, senior lecturer at the Department of Public Health of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov. Since 2011, the Department of Health Management has been opened for the first time at the Almaty State Institute of Advanced Medical Training, where she worked as a head from the moment of opening to 2015. In 2015-2016, she was Vice–Rector for Academic and Scientific Activities of Kazakhstan Medical University "HSE" LLP. 2017-2020 - Head of the Department of Master's and Doctoral Studies of KazMUNO JSC and Head of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare. Since September 1, 2020, I have been working at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as the head of the Nursing course of the Department of Fundamental Medicine of the Higher School of Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare.
