Turmaganbet Ulpan is a PhD student at the Department of Electronics and Astrophysics at Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. She received a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Automation Systems in 2023, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in RET from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2021. Its main areas of activity are optimization of convolutional neural networks, lightweight architectures for embedded systems, and the use of computer vision methods in UAV monitoring and navigation tasks.
