Almas Rustemov was born on February 22, 1989, in the Kazaly district of the Kyzylorda region. He completed his bachelor's studies in Technical Physics at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2010. In 2012, he received his Master of Natural Sciences degree in Astronomy from the same university. His professional background includes managing innovation projects, implementing modern technological solutions, and contributing to the development of scientific and technological initiatives. He previously served as a Regional Director for Innovation and later as Deputy Director for Technology and Innovation.
