Autobiography
Ahmet Saymbetov was born on May 25, 1982. In 2005, he graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek. From 2006 to 2008, he completed postgraduate studies at the S. V. Starodubtsev Physical-Technical Institute (PTI), specializing in 01.04.10 — "Physics of Semiconductors." From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a senior researcher at the PTI of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2011, he defended his PhD dissertation in the specialty 01.04.10 — "Physics of Semiconductors." On November 1, 2018, Ahmet Saymbetov was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty "Physics," and on February 12, 2024, he received the academic title of Professor in the specialty "Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Information Technologies." Currently, Ahmet Saymbetov works as a professor at the Department of Electronics and Astrophysics, teaching master's and doctoral students in the academic programs “7M06201 — Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications,” “7M07125 — Electronics and Control Systems,” and “8D06201 — Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications.” He teaches the following courses: “Modern Project Management Methods in Engineering,” “Scientific and Technical Problems of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications,” “Advanced Technologies of Ultra-Wideband Communication Systems,” and “Intelligent Communication Technologies.”
