       Alisher Skabylov was born on December 21, 1992, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He holds a PhD in "Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications" and works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Physics and Technology, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. His main research interests include radio engineering, telecommunications, digital signal processing, and the application of artificial intelligence methods in technical systems. He supervises undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. He has completed research internships at the Technical University of Berlin (Germany) and Lublin University of Technology (Poland). He is the author of scientific publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, including Applied Sciences, Engineered Science, Cogent Engineering, and others.
