Autobiography

He has 11 years of scientific and pedagogical experience. He completed a research internship under the “500 Scientists” program from August 1, 2024 to May 30, 2025 at RMIT University (ranked 125th in the QS 2026 rankings) in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in Economics, with a research focus on “Urban Marketing”.He served as a visiting professor at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași (Romania, 2018) and Kırklareli University (Turkey, 2017) under the ERASMUS program. He is a co-author of two monographs devoted to various aspects of Kazakhstan’s economic development, three certificates of authorship for intellectual property, and more than 57 publications in national and international scientific journals. He has obtained more than 10 implementation acts for his research results. He is also the coordinator of the educational program “International Logistics” and the developer of the “International Marketing” educational program (double-degree program with RUDN University named after P. Lumumba). His experience includes participation in international and national projects: Erasmus (2017–2018); an international project on industrial cooperation between Kazakhstani and Russian companies funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (2021); lead researcher in grant-funded (GF) and program-targeted funding (PTF) projects of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2018–2024). Research interests: urban development, city marketing, marketing, digital competitiveness, digital economy, knowledge economy, and others.
