Rashid O. Tazhiev was born on May 14, 1989, in Zhambyl region. In 2011, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in "5B051100 – Marketing" and received an academic degree in Economics and Business. In 2013, he completed a master's degree in scientific and pedagogical direction in the speciality "6M051100 - Marketing" at the Higher School of Economics and Business of the Al– Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2016, he graduated from the Master's degree program in the speciality "6M03100- Jurisprudence" of the Faculty of Business and Law, Kazakh National Agrarian University. In 2025, after defending his thesis, he received a PhD in the educational program "8D11301 – Logistics (by industry)" from the Higher School of Economics and Business of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Work experience in private structures and government agencies since 2010. Teaching experience since 2025.
