Tulebayeva Nazym Tulebayevna is a lecturer at the Department of Business Technologies of the Higher School of Economics and Business. In 2017, she graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in “Logistics (by sectors)”. In 2019, she obtained a Master’s degree in Economics after completing her studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University) with a specialization in “Management”. She began her teaching career in 2019. Her total academic and pedagogical experience exceeds 6 years. She teaches courses within the educational programs “Marketing” and “Logistics”. Her research interests focus on the development of service marketing, digital technologies in the service sector, consumer behavior, service quality management, as well as logistics, logistics management, and optimization of service flows in distribution and customer service systems. She is the author of scientific articles, methodological and educational materials, and actively participates in national and international scientific conferences. A number of her scientific works have been published in Scopus, KKSON, Springer databases, and other international conference proceedings. She regularly undertakes professional development and advanced training courses aimed at improving pedagogical competencies and updating professional knowledge in marketing, logistics, digital educational technologies, and modern teaching methods in higher education. She also participates in training seminars, workshops, and webinars dedicated to innovative teaching methods, academic integrity, and the implementation of educational platforms in the learning process. In the educational process, she applies modern teaching methods such as case studies, interactive approaches, digital platforms, and practice-oriented learning focused on developing students’ professional competencies. She is actively involved in curatorial activities, paying special attention to educational work and the development of students’ academic culture, as well as shaping their professional identity and responsibility.
