Saktapov Akylbek was born on 23 September 1989. In 2012 graduated from South Kazakhstan State Pharmaceutical Academy, specialty: Public Health. 2013-2015, Master’s degree in Public Health at Kazakhstan School of Public Health.In 2019, graduated from Kazakh Ablai Khan University Of International Relations And World Languages, specialty: Foreign language. From October 2015 to September 2019, worked as a lecturer at KSPH, department of Healthcare Management. Since September 2019 till now, senior lecturer, al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Department of Epidemiology, biostatistics and evidence-based medicine.
