Shynggys Nurgazy is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics, Higher School of Economics and Business, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Farabi Journal of Social Sciences. He was born in 1994. He studied at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University from 2012 to 2016, completing his bachelor’s degree in Mathematical and Computer Modeling. In 2018, he obtained his master’s degree in Economics from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2022, he successfully completed the PhD program at Narxoz University. Since 2018, he has been working at the Department of Economics, where he actively engages in academic teaching, scientific research, and editorial work. He has completed professional internships in Germany, Italy, and Lithuania. Shynggys is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English, which enables effective collaboration with international partners and contributes to strengthening the academic and research capacity of the faculty.
