I, Ismukhanova (Turalykova) Laura Tynyshtykbayeva, was born on February 26, 1982. I am a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and of Kazakh nationality. I reside at 47/70 Serikov Street, Kulager microdistrict. In 1999, I enrolled in the Faculty of Chemistry at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree. From 2013 to 2015, I studied at the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences of Al-Farabi KazNU and obtained a Master of Science degree in Hydrology. Between 2015 and 2019, I pursued doctoral studies at Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev (Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek) and defended my PhD dissertation in the field of Environmental Science (8D052). Additionally, I hold a Candidate of Geographical Sciences degree in Geoecology (IKD № 003170). My professional career began in 2003. From 2003 to 2008, I worked as a chemistry teacher at Orymbetov Secondary School in Almaty Region. In 2008, I served as a shift chemist at "Libella Bottlers Almaty" LLP, where I was responsible for quality control of products. From 2008 to 2012, I held positions as Senior Laboratory Technician and Junior Researcher at the Kazakh Research Institute of Fisheries, conducting hydrochemical and toxicological studies. Since 2012, I have been working at the Institute of Geography (now JSC "Institute of Geography and Water Security"). During this time, I have held positions as Senior Engineer, Junior Researcher, and Researcher, and in 2024, I was promoted to Senior Researcher. My work involves hydrochemical research, toxicological analysis of water, fish, and bottom sediments, as well as report preparation and operation of portable instruments. I have significant scientific achievements. I have published 87 articles, including 22 indexed in the Scopus database (H-index: 4). I authored three monographs, one of which is a sole-authored work, and hold nine authorship certificates. For my contributions to science, I was awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Kazakh Research Institute of Fisheries (2010), a certificate on the 20th Anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence (2011), and a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan (2022).
