Autobiography Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor of the National Research and Development Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Onaltaev Darkhan Onaltaevich was born on September 6, 1981 in Kapal village, Kapal district, Taldykorgan region. He graduated from the G.Ormanov Secondary School with honors in 1998 in Kapal village, Kapal district, Taldykorgan region. Onaltaev Darkhan Onaltaevich is a graduate of Abai Almaty State University, who graduated in 2002 with a degree in Finance and Credit and received a diploma with honors. From 2002 to 2005, he studied at the graduate school of KazNPU named after Abai. He started his scientific and pedagogical activity in 2002 at the Department of Finance and Credit of KazNPU named after Abai, went from a simple teacher to a professor. In 2006, he successfully defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. Since 2019, Onaltaev D.O. has been working as a professor at al-Farabi Kazakh National University at the Department of Finance and Accounting. In different periods, he was the head of the research projects "Financial and innovative approach in the financial and banking system of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Islamic Banking in Kazakhstan" and "External debt Management of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Onaltaev D.O. is the author and co-author of many scientific works and educational and methodological developments, in particular, textbooks "State Budget", "Islamic Finance", "Islam Banking", "Foreign exchange market and currency transactions" (in Kazakh and Russian), "Tuyndy karzhi kuraldary", monographs "Kazakstandagy Islam karjisi".
