Autobiography
Doszhan Raigul Dukenbaykyzy, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance and Accounting, Higher School of Economics and Business, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Her research interests include SME development, project and risk management, sustainable development and green economy, creative industries, innovation in education and science, and FinTech. She earned her PhD in Project Management from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Economics in 2021. She has led and participated in several grant-funded research projects, including AP08053346 (2020–2022) on sustainable development innovations, and actively engages in international research collaborations.
