In 1994, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in International Economics. He defended his PhD dissertation in 1997. He also defended his doctoral dissertation in 2002. Doctor of Sciences (Doctor of Economics), specializing in Finance, Money Circulation and Credit. Associate Professor. Academician of the Eurasia International Academy of Economics. He has extensive experience in the financial sector. He worked at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and commercial banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Small Entrepreneurship Support Fund, and leasing companies.He worked as an Advisor to the Rector of the Kazakh-British Technical University and Narxoz University on issues of innovation, institutional and strategic development.Approximately 90 scientific publications have been published on the problems of development of the financial sector and reform of the higher education system in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including 2 monographs, 3 textbooks (co-authored) and 2 teaching aids. Winner of the 2021 Republican Independent Public Competition "Best Teacher." Winner of the 2022 International Competition for Academic Staff "Best Teacher of the CIS." Winner of the 2025 Republican Independent Public Competition "GYLYM KAYRATKERI."
