Abdiyev Sholpan graduated from AEI (AUES)- Almaty energy Institute majoring in "power engineering" in 1986. She began her career as a teacher in SPTU6, Karatau. From 1995 to 1996 she worked as a dispatcher of Karatau RES. Since 1996 she worked as a teacher in TarGU.Dulati. From 2008 to 2017 she worked as a senior lecturer at the Eurasian technological University.
